Dr. Andrew Pruyn (Prine) is the founder of Pruyn Chiropractic and native of Buffalo, NY.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from SUNY Fredonia, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, GA.
While attending Life University, Dr. Pruyn received the Dr. I.N. & M. Louise Toftness Scholarship. He also served as clinical intern in the Department of Neurology. His education and training included a Clinic Abroad mission to El Salvador, where he traveled extensively with a select group of students and doctors to provide critical care in impoverished communities.
Dr. Pruyn was named Salutatorian of his Graduating class as well as the recipient of the Learning Theories and Critical Thought award. He was also nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award, which is the highest honor bestowed at his alma mater for academic and extracurricular achievement.
While in active practice , Dr. Pruyn has continued his post-doctoral studies in pursuit of board certification in Chiropractic Extremity adjusting from the Chiropractic Council of Extremity Adjusting. This training focuses on the specific chiropractic concerns associated with complaints of both the spine and appendicular skeleton.
Dr. Pruyn is grateful for the opportunity to work and live in beautiful Clarence Center. As a hockey and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys getting out in the neighborhood year-round.
